Shipping to the United Kingdom

UK Standard Delivery: £5 shipping with Royal Mail

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once the warehouse team have picked, packed, and despatched your parcel, you will receive a delivery notification with tracking details. Please note, there can sometimes be a delay in your tracking information updating with the shipping carriers.

We aim to dispatch all regular orders within 48 business hours, if there is a delay, we will let you know. For pre-order items, please allow up to 10 weeks for delivery. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times. Our warehouse does not operate on certain public holidays.When pre-ordering, the number of days for shipping will be calculated at the time the items become available in the warehouse.

International Shipping

With almost everything on OneMile.Run available for International Delivery.

From 1 January 2021, additional duty charges will apply on orders to European countries. These will be shown as part of the final price at checkout. Outside the UK or the European Union, customs duties and local taxes will be borne by the recipient.

 

Returns

We gladly accept returns for a refund within 30 days of purchase. We even cover the cost of return shipping with a few exceptions noted below. Returns must be in new condition, and we ask that they are in their original packaging.

Returns from UK/European Union (EU)/International

Fill out the Return Form online and tells us what you are returning with invoice number by comment to request a return.

Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

Due to customs restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 5 to 10 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds to original payment method

Depending on your payment method, there can be a delay between the email notification and the refund monies showing in your account. This is due to the bank processing times. Please rest assure if you receive a refund notification from us, your refund is on its way back to you.
