→What is pre-order?
Pre-order items are products from the most recent collection that can be reserved in advance within a limited timeframe. When purchasing a pre-order item, you will be among the first to reserve a product in your preferred style. The expected shipping date for pre-order items will be clearly noted on the product page. This date is only an estimate and is subject to change. Please note, pre-ordered items are not guaranteed. If for any reason we are not able to fulfill your pre-order, we will refund you the full amount of the pre-order. You may always return an item or cancel your pre-order based on our online return policy, and you will only be charged at the time of shipment. →When are particular items released?
Most of our items do not have set release dates. Please sign up for the OneMile.Run® newsletter. From there you will be able to subscribe to receive email alerts each time we release a product.
→Do you re-stock your inventory?
On occasion we will re-stock some of our inventory items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.
Returns
OneMile.Run® will gladly accept returns and issue a refund to the original form of payment. Items to be returned must be returned in perfect, new condition, unopened with all original tags attached. Returns that do not comply with these terms and conditions will be rejected.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your desired item. Submit the contact form outlining the nature of your return. Please send the tracking number in the comment so we can monitor the return shipment.
For any returned items, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Make sure to use a reputable shipping company with tracking information or proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.

While we strive to make the Website as accessible as possible some issues can be encountered by different assistive technology as the range of assistive technology is wide and varied.
