You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

All pre-orders are shipped using DHL Express/DPD/UPS/Pracelforce and shipping is free of charge. Available in United Kingdom only.

We aim to dispatch all regular orders within 48 business hours, if there is a delay, we will let you know. For pre-order items, please allow up to 10 weeks for delivery. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times. Our warehouse does not operate on certain public holidays.When pre-ordering, the number of days for shipping will be calculated at the time the items become available in the warehouse.

International Shipping

With almost everything on OneMile.Run available for International Delivery.

From 1 January 2021, additional duty charges will apply on orders to European countries. These will be shown as part of the final price at checkout. Outside the UK or the European Union, customs duties and local taxes will be borne by the recipient.



We hope you will be delighted with your goods, but if not and you wish to make a return for either a refund or exchange, please make sure any goods is in its original condition and placed back in its protective packaging and then returned within 30 days for Full Price items and 14 days for discounted items.


Returns from UK/European Union (EU)/International

Fill out the Return Form Online and your invoice number by comment and take note of your return number by email.

Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

Due to customs restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 5 to 10 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:

Credit Card

Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.


You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 48 hours of the Return Confirmation email.



Given recent developments in the COVID-19 outbreak, we would like to reassure you of the measures we have in place to ensure the safety of our customers, employees and partners.

Our warehouse and delivery drivers are following the World Health Organisation’s latest recommendations with regards to closely monitoring staff wellbeing, minimising interpersonal contact and the regular sanitisation of hands and equipment. At this stage we are able to continue shipping online orders with little or no interruption, and we will be sure to inform affected customers should this change.
